motorcade operates a private black-car dispatch service in Chicago. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how long we keep it. It covers our website and our WhatsApp-based dispatch service.

Information we collect

We do not collect payment card details, and we do not run continuous background location tracking on drivers or guests.

How we use it

Service providers

We share the minimum necessary information with:

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

WhatsApp messaging

Drivers and partners message us on WhatsApp voluntarily. WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy apply to messages in transit. You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP, or by asking dispatch to remove you from the roster. Removal ends dispatch messages; we retain prior operational records as described below.

Retention

Trip records and message logs are retained for as long as needed to operate the service and resolve disputes, and are deleted or anonymized when no longer needed for those purposes. Driver performance records are retained for the duration of the driver relationship.

Security

Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure and transmitted over encrypted connections. Access to the operational database is limited to the people who run dispatch.

Your choices

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep for legal or dispute-resolution reasons. Contact dispatch@motorcade.ltd.

Children

The service is for business use and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We will update this page and revise the date above when this policy changes.
